Coach Wood - Quarterbacks

Originally from Ada, OK, accepted West Point Military Academy nomination before attending
East Central University and then graduating from Panhandle State University.  
19 years as a coach, 15 as a head wrestling coach. 
Co-offensive Coordinator here at Central while working with the quarterbacks. 
Wife Christie of 19 years, two children Cali a sophomore at Central and Cy a 5th Grader at Parkwood Hill.

Mike Schuelke - Running Backs

Graduate of Glen Rose High School in 1971. He is in his 34th year of coaching Texas High School Football.  Lettered at Tarleton State University in football  for 3 years where he received his Master's Degree in 1978.  Coached at West Mesquite High , Austin Reagan, Granbury , Corsicana and was Head Coach at Athens, Goliad and Godley High Schools.  Married 34 years to wife, Candy, who teaches in the White Settlement ISD.  Children include son Sam, who coaches at Glen Rose High School, and wife Mehgan. daughter Shanna, and 2 year old granddaughter, Aubrey.  He also has one very spoiled dachshund, Sissy.

My wife Trina and I have been married for 19 years and have 3 children Ashleigh, Jessi and Tyson. 
I am beginning my 22nd year of coaching football with stops at Borger, Southlake Carroll,
University of North Texas and my first season at Central coaching linebackers and teaching Algebra 2.

Tommy Ikeda - Defensive Line

Starts my 26th year of coaching football.  Played college ball at Bethany College in Lindsborg, KS. 
Was lucky to play for a Oklahoma State Championship team at Del City High School. 

Family:  My wife, Joretta;  My daughter, a Junior, at CHS, Chelsea; and my son at Hillwood Middle School, Chace.

Dan Nieboer - Defensive Ends

I am originally from Albion, New York.  I graduated from Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH
where I majored in Spanish.  I played football at ONU and was a Student Assistant Coach there for two seasons. 
This is my 5th year at Central and my 9th year of coaching.  I live with my two Boxer dogs, Gigi and Angus.

Greg Swearingen - Corners

Married 12 years to wife Amy, an elementary school teacher.  Daughter McKenna is 6 and son Jack is 3. 
4th year at Central after spending years at Fossil Ridge High School, Hillwood MS, and Keller MS.  11 years total teaching and coaching. 
Also the Head Girls Track Coach.
Graduate of Texas Tech University. 

Sam Anderson - Head Feshmen

Mason Pounds - Freshmen Offensive and Defensive Line

This is Mason’s 2nd year coaching and teaching at Central after spending 2 years at
Hillwood Middle School, also in Keller ISD.  Mason is a graduate of the University of
North Texas and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree through Western Kentucky University. 
Mason and his wife Shawna have been married since 2002 and are expecting their first child this coming October.

Matt Holly - Freshmen Receivers and Safeties

Wife is Andi. Who teaches and coaches cheerleading at Marcus High School in Lewisville.
We have been married for 4 years. We have two dogs, Harley and Brady.
I have been teaching and coaching for 13 years. This is my third year at Central.
Received my bachelors degree from Tarleton State University.
Received my Masters from Texas A&M @ Commerce.

Mark Gillem - Freshmen Running Backs and Corners

Wife is Megan. Married 3 years Two dogs named Doc and Rocky.
5 years Teaching/Coaching. Went to Texas A&M University.
